RALPH R. IANUZZI, JR.

Ralph Ianuzzi, Jr. began his career in 1976 when he joined the Ianuzzi family business, H.A. Bruno and Associates, Inc., as a marketing specialist. At the time, the firm was engaged in tradeshow and exposition management, and promotional counseling.

Incorporating in 1923, the firm enjoyed many long-term client relationships of forty years or more, among which were: "The New York National Boat Show", "The New York International Auto Expo", The National Computer Conference", "The New York Hotel, Motel and Restaurant Show", "The National Shoe Fair", "The New York Flower Show" and "The International Tennis Trade Show".

In addition to its trade show and exposition clients, H.A. Bruno & Associates also represented many blue chip corporations, counseling them on first time product introductions, many of them notable: such as, the launching of United Airlines for Howard Hughes, the introduction of ice hockey to America, the trans-atlantic flight of Charles Lindbergh, the maiden voyage of the Hindenburgh, the introduction of Sperry Univac Computer for the Rand Corporation and the America's Cup Yacht races for the New York Yacht club.

In 1983, Mr. Ianuzzi was named Executive Vice President of H.A. Bruno, Inc., and guided the firm into the business of trade shows and exposition ownership. On behalf of the firm, he launched a series of first time events that proved to be extremely successful, including, The PC Expo in New York and Chicago, National FinCom and CaseCon.

During the years 1985-1986, Mr. Ianuzzi worked very closely with Mr. Ray Noorda, the founder of Novell, Inc., at the time, the leading producer of networking software, to launch Networld, the world's largest tradeshow devoted to network computing. From 1986-1991, Mr. Ianuzzi oversaw the growth of Networld from one show, to 3 annual events, in Dallas, Boston and Frankfurt, Germany.

Mr. Ianuzzi served as a Director of the New York Chapter of the International Association of Exposition Managers from 1985-1988, and as Chairman of the NY IAEM Awards Committee from 1987-1988, during which time, the Committee created the Kings Glove Award for Excellence in Exposition Management. The award is a permanent monument to individual lifetime achievement, and sits in the main lobby of the NY Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

In 1990, Mr. Ianuzzi became a founding member of SISO, the Society of Independent Show Organizers. Also in 1990, Mr. Ianuzzi directed the merger of H.A. Bruno, Inc., with Blenheim Group, PLC. As a result of the merger, the Ianuzzi family became the largest individual shareholder of the London, U.K. based and publicly listed company. Ralph Ianuzzi Jr., was appointed Executive Chairman of Blenheim Group USA, and served as Main Board Director of Blenheim Group, PLC.

Under Mr. Ianuzzi's direction, Blenheim Group USA, grew from $35 million in gross sales and $11 million in profits in 1990, to $230 million in gross sales and $36 million in profits in1997. During this period, Mr. Ianuzzi was responsible for all Blenheim Group, PLC, operations in North America, South America and Japan, including $350 million in mergers and acquisitions, and directed all activities relating to Blenheim Group, PLC's, ADR listing in the USA, as well as, USA investor relations.

In 1996 and 1997, Mr. Ianuzzi served as Chairman of the Special Committee to orchestrate the sale of Blenheim Group, PLC. In early 1997, Blenheim Group, PLC, was sold to the Miller Freeman division of United News and Media, PLC, for more than $1 billion dollars. At the time of the sale, Blenheim Group, PLC, was the world's largest tradeshow company and organized more than 300 events in 30 countries around the world.

Currently, Mr. Ianuzzi is a managing member of H.A. Bruno, LLC, which owns and operates tradeshows and expositions in a variety of industries. Also, Mr. Ianuzzi is a principal and general partner in Maple Leaf Partners, LLP, an investment holding company.

Mr. Ianuzzi is involved in a variety of charitable causes and organizations and he acts as an advisor to small and medium sized enterprises. In 1999, Mr. Ianuzzi founded the Impact PAC, a non-partisan political action committee

Mr. Ianuzzi was born in 1957 and grew up in Brooklyn, NY. He attended Fordham Preparatory School in Bronx, NY, and Fordham University. He is married to Gayle and lives in New Jersey with their two daughters, Lauren Anne and Lisa Marie.


JOHN WARREN President / CEO

Mr. Warren has been responsible for creative input on the IVTS.COM web site, and makes final decisions as to site design and concept. He has been instrumental in forging liaisons between the Internet Virtual Trade Show and exhibitors, including product research and transfer of information to the IVTS.COM web site. Mr. Warren has developed partnerships between IVTS.COM and import/export agents in Germany, France, Italy, Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Additionally, Mr. Warren brings to the firm strong connections within the live trade show industry, as well as, foreign markets.

Mr. Warren has been involved in management since 1984. He has extensive sales experience, which will be a vital component to support the Virtual Events sales strategy.

John Warren functions as the titular head and spokesman for IVTS.COM, and provides vision and direction for the firm. He implements and directs major company decisions, as agreed upon by the Board of Directors. John directs overall sales efforts and promotes strategic alliances for the firm.


MIGUEL A. ALFONSO Director of Technology / CIO

Graduating in 1988 with a Masters Degree in Computer Science, then followed by two years advanced learning equivalent to a Ph.D., Mr. Alfonso has worked exclusively in the IT industry. He has more thanten years of experience in the design, development and implementation of enterprise level information systems.

Mr. Alfonso is responsible for the entire development and programming of IVTS.COM. Utilizing all of his E-commerce and web-based expertise, he has developed the Lead Retrieval System(LRS), the Automated Booth Construction System (ABCS), the Virtual Expo Builder™ and Virtual Expo Agent™ softwares.

Miguel provides the technical knowledge that allows the rest of the team to implement its creative vision. Miguel creates all the necessary softwares to implement our goals. He train and supervise additional assistant programmers who aid in the process of virtual expos creation.
